Design, Supply, Install & Support
We offer home automation solutions utilising products such as Fibaro, Nest and Popp, to create a personalised Smart Home that's both practical and fun. We know that transforming your home into a Smart Home may seem daunting at first, and that's why we're here to help, every step of the way.
The first step is to arrange a meeting (without any obligations) to discuss your requirements. We can answer any questions you may have and get an idea of what kind of home automation solution you require. For us to get a full understanding of your needs, we prefer this meeting to take place at your home, or where the system will be installed.
After the home assessment, we will start the design process, taking into account your budget and needs discussed at the meeting. We will provide you with an initial proposal outlining the system and the products we plan to install, which we will continue to develop based on your feedback. You'll then receive the final proposal, containing a few different options to choose from.
Install & Commission
After the design stage, we will complete the system installation and perform a full demo of your Smart Home to make sure you are happy with how it all works. You'll then have a 30 day period to get used to the system, during which we can make any requested changes. We will also supply you with a full operation manual for your home.
To keep your Smart Home in tip-top condition, we include a basic support package with every installation, free of charge.
Design, Supply & Commission
We can also provide the same services as steps 1, 2 and 4 above, but the installation would be performed by your own contractor, who we can support with full installation guidelines. This would still include the operation manual and basic support package.
Design & Supply
Another option is for us to design and supply you with a pre-configured system, which we will send out to you for installation either by yourself or your own contractor.
